Inmate found dead in Stephens Co. jail
DUNCAN -- An inmate who had been under suicide watch was found dead in his cell at the Stephens County Detention Center .
The medical examiner's office says 33-year-old Terry Manuel Jr. of Walters was found hanging from bed linens inside his jail cell about 8:15 p.m. Tuesday.
