Thunder Notebook: D.J. White practices for first time

Rookie forward D.J. White practiced with the Thunder for the first time this season Wednesday, but he could be re-assigned to the Tulsa 66ers of the D-League following today’s session as the team travels to Toronto to begin a three-game road trip.
