Other: The mother's live-in boyfriend, ex-convict Joshua Durcho, 26, is charged with first-degree murder. Prosecutors plan to seek the death penalty. In 2007, the mother wrote in a letter to Teagin's father, “Teagin wants to be a truck driver when he grows up. He's crazy about cars and trucks.”
