Celebrate fried onions on burgers
Oklahoma is known for many things. Unique cuisine isn’t one of them.
Sure, we have chicken-fried steak, lamb fries, Indian tacos and pickle-o’s. But they’re all well-established in other states.
When the universe we occupy is some day gobbled up by a black hole, only one micro-atom within that vast existence can claim ownership to the fried-onion burger. That micro-atom is Oklahoma.
