Wayman Tisdale led Hornets to title as a junior
Wayman Tisdale played three seasons on Booker T. Washington ’s varsity basketball team.
He led the Hornets to the state championship in 1981, his junior season. He averaged 18.8 points and 14 rebounds per game.
