OU football: San Antonio’s Torrea Peterson commits to Oklahoma
OU won a hotly contested recruiting battle Thursday night by landing a verbal commitment from defensive tackle Torrea Peterson , Rivals.com reported.
The 6-foot-4, 300-pound Peterson, who hails from San Antonio East Central High School , held offers from USC, Texas , Auburn, LSU and Nebraska , among a host of other schools.
