OU defensive end Jonte Bumpus to transfer
NORMAN — Reserve defensive end Jonte Bumpus has received his release from Oklahoma and will transfer to another school, his high school coach confirmed to The Oklahoman Thursday.
Bumpus, a sophomore out of Muskogee , is expected to transfer to a Football Championship Subdivision school, Roughers coach Matt Hennesy said.
