More arrests expected in illegal horse racing near Guymon

GUYMON — More arrests will be made in connection with the operation of an illegal horse racing track operation that was shut down earlier this month, a prosecutor said Friday.

Charges were filed against 11 people, including John Clark, who is listed along with Pamela Hill as the registered owner of the property where the race track was found.
