Oklahoma Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services hopes to avoid cutbacks

Additional budget cuts to mental health programs could mean a loss of services to more than 65,000 people across the state and higher costs in the long run for the state, said Terri White, health secretary and commissioner of the Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services.
