Airport Road re-opened after pedestrian hit by truck
Access to Airport Road from Interstate 44 has been re-opened after a gruesome wreck at Airport Road and Meridian this afternoon.
Police said a tractor-trailer reportedly hit a pedestrian and severed the person's leg.
The victim, who has not been identified, was taken to a local hospital in an unknown condition, police said.
