The NCAA denied Oklahoma State receiver Dez Bryant ’s appeal for reinstatement this season on Tuesday after the junior receiver was ruled ineligible on Oct. 7 for lying to NCAA officials about his interaction with Deion Sanders , which was a violation bylaw 10.1. Bryant is eligible to return in September 2010.
