NORMAN -- Oklahoma junior cornerback Dominique Franks said Wednesday he will definitely return to school for his senior season.

Franks, a Tulsa Union graduate, is a two-year starter for the Sooners. He had two interceptions this season, returning one for a touchdown, and was a second-team All-Big 12 performer.

In other OU news, freshman linebacker Gus Jones is no longer with the team, according to OU defensive coordinator Brent Venables. Venables said Jones, a Wagoner graduate, will transfer to another school after finishing the semester.
