Ned Hockman, OU professor and film director, dead at 88
Ned Hockman , a former photography professor at the University of Oklahoma and director of "Stark Fear," has died.
Hockman, 88, died early today, a family friend said.
Hockman began teaching in OU's film and television studies program in 1950, retiring 37 years later as a David Ross Boyd Distinguished Professor Emeritus. In 1962, he directed an "indie" feature film called "Stark ...
