Storm’s effects, outages kill 7 in Oklahoma

A winter storm that left nearly 200,000 customers without electricity at one point also has been blamed for the deaths of seven Oklahomans.

A car accident, falls on the ice, a house fire, a propane explosion and the bitter cold have taken lives as state residents try to emerge from Thursday’s ice storm.
