A busy week for the Thunder. Two of the four games are against the Timberwolves. There’s also a pivotal home game with Phoenix.

→Tonight: at Minnesota. The Timberwolves have been playing better in recent weeks. Led by Kevin Love, who averages a double-double, Minnesota compiled a four-game winning streak before the All-Star break.

→Tuesday: Phoenix. The Suns figure to be a factor in the playoff chase after not trading Amare Stoudemire. Oklahoma City can clinch the three-game season series, having already won the only meeting in Phoenix.

→Wednesday: at San Antonio. It’s the Spurs first home game after their traditional eight-game rodeo road trip. Strangely enough, the road team has won both times. OKC won in San Antonio on Nov. 14. The Spurs won in overtime in the Ford Center a month ago.

→Friday: Minnesota. The Timberwolves have improved but they’ve been awful on the road (4-24). The Thunder needs to take care of business and post a win but Minnesota has won road games at Dallas and Utah.
