WASHINGTON — The reddest state in the country has the reddest U.S. senator.
Oklahoma Republican Sen. Jim Inhofe , of Tulsa , had the most conservative voting record in the Senate last year, according to rankings by National Journal magazine, which said Inhofe had the only perfect conservative score.
