PostRock takes over on Quest merger
There is a new energy company on the block in Oklahoma City . Or at least a new name.
PostRock Energy Corp. opened for business Friday after stakeholders in the Quest companies approved a plan to combine into one new corporation.
PostRock common stock is expected to be listed on the Nasdaq Global Market under the symbol "PSTR.”
PostRock now owns all three entities — Quest Resource Corp....
