OSU men’s basketball notebook: Sporting News names James Anderson a first-team All-American
For weeks, Cowboys coach Travis Ford had wondered if the national media was paying attention, with James Anderson left off many early All-American list projections.
Eventually, apparently, the media caught up to Anderson’s act.
Sporting News named the OSU junior a First Team All-American Tuesday, OSU’s first with the magazine since Gale McArthur in 1951.
