Oklahoma panel proposes capping $26 million in tax credits
A two-year moratorium on 30 tax credits would begin July 1 under a bill that passed a Senate panel on Tuesday.
The Senate General Conference Committee on Appropriations approved Senate Bill 1267, which proposes a two-year moratorium on certain tax credits, including breaks for recycling, immunizing food service employees against hepatitis and employers who add jobs or expand their facilities.
