OU basketball-baseball star Bobby Jack doubts he could pull off the double today
Before Ryan Minor at OU, there was Bobby Jack . Minor was a basketball and baseball star for the Sooners in the mid-1990s, but a quarter century before Minor, Jack was an All-Big Eight baseball first baseman (1970, 1971 and 1972) and an All-Big Eight basketball forward in 1972.
In 1972, Jack was drafted by the Atlanta Braves (third round) in baseball and the ABA's Miami Floridians in basketball.
