Labor Day 'State of American Worker' speech is bilingual
U.S. Department of Labor Secretary Hilda Solis is going multimedia for Labor Day .
Instead of giving the traditional "State of the American Worker" speech in front of a small group, Solis recorded a video in both English and Spanish, highlighting the department's efforts on behalf of the American worker.
