Donovan Roberts needed just two plays to put Norman on the board Friday night. And after Roberts sprinted 52 yards for a touchdown on the team's second snap of the game, the rout was on for Senior Night at Harve Collins Field.

The Tigers star running back ended with 211 yards and five touchdowns while leading his team to a 70-3 victory against Muskogee in a game with playoff implications.
"We knew this game could up our playoff spot and with it being Senior Night, we left it all out on the field," he said. "The offensive line made the holes, and I just tried to make the plays."
With top-ranked Jenks looming next week and the playoffs in sight, the Tigers are peaking at the right time, Roberts said.
"We're really playing in sync right now," he said. "The coaches have been telling us that if we do one-eleventh of the work, everything else will take care of itself, and that's what we're trying to do."
The Tiger defense did their part to shut down the Rougher offense, which entered the game averaging 26 points. The unit forced five turnovers on the night and kept Victor Williams, Muskogee's talented quarterback, under wraps, holding him to only 90 yards passing and without a single rushing yard. The defense also put 12 points on the board, with Tra Martin and David Nelson each returning interceptions for touchdowns.
