OU offensive coordinator Kevin Wilson

"Their defense is making significant strides. They have four kids form Oklahoma on their defense so they'll come in here with a lot of pride and a lot of energy and will want to play well in front of their families."

Texas Tech coach Tommy Tuberville

"It's going to be tough for anybody to go in there and play well. Florida State took a good football team in there and got beat by 30."

OU center Ben Habern

"Granted, our national championship goal is gone. That was important to us. But this program is built on winning all kinds of championships. Even though we lost to A&M we know we can still win a Big 12 championship."

OU offensive tackle Eric Mensik

"Last time we played them we went to their house and they put a whipping on us. You can't just go and play some team thinking you're going to win. It's not like that."

Bruce Feldman, ESPN

"Was the second-half performance of the Red Raiders' D against Missouri (62 yards on 27 plays) a fluke or are they starting to figure things out? Not sure but going to Norman is a brutal trip. Red Raiders blasted OU last year. Payback, Sooner style, Oklahoma 52-24.
