Asian elephants Asha and Chandra look quite a bit alike, but a few simple tricks make it easy to tell them apart.

Asha is a little bit bigger, said pachyderm supervisor Nick Newby said. But her bigger size is because she's two years older than her sister — not really because she's pregnant. Asha also has reverse freckling on her trunk, which makes it mostly light pink.

Chandra is smaller, so she has a smaller trunk and smaller feet. She also is quite a bit harrier and has two small tusks.
