Oklahoma State's defense has made big strides down the stretch, and they'll be the difference this week. Mike Gundy gets his first win over the Sooners with the most on the line and on the biggest stage. Couldn't ask for a better time. I'll be back on Friday with my three keys to this game for each team.

Oklahoma State 42, Oklahoma 41: The Cowboys offense has been spectacular all season, and Brandon Weeden has completed more than 70 percent of his passes and thrown for an average of more than 400 yards in the past three games. The bad news: OSU is 108th in pass D and 95th in TFLs. The Sooners are loaded on offense, too, and have been very sharp in their past two games.

Oklahoma State 34, Oklahoma 28: What's at stake: Cowboys shooting for their first Big 12 South title outright with a victory. Sooners can win the South outright with a victory and a Texas A&M loss, or could win a BCS standings tiebreaker with the Aggies if both win. Spoiler Factor: The Sooners are a bit of a disappointment, continuing their unexceptional play away from Norman. The Cowboys rank among the biggest surprises in the country. Oklahoma has won seven straight in this rivalry, but they'll struggle to slow down the explosive Pokes.
