Kobe Bryant talks Thunder
After having their seven-game win streak snapped by the Clippers on Sunday afternoon, the Lakers will play on back-to-back days inside their home arena tonight when they face the Thunder at Staples Center.
It will be the season's first meeting between last year's first-round playoff opponents.
"We normally would have played them by now. Guess (the league) wanted to save it for a good day," Lakers guard Kobe Bryant said, referring to playing on Martin Luther King Day. "I haven't seen them (play this season). I know (Kevin) Durant is being Durant and Russell (Westbrook) is being Russell. I'm looking forward to seeing them."
Asked for a scouting report based on last season, Bryant said: "They execute very well, they're disciplined and they're extremely athletic. They know themselves, their style of play. They know what they need to do. You put all that in a pot, it's extremely dangerous."
