SNEAK PEEK

Next Five for Thunder

Today: vs. Miami, noon (ABC) — With Dwyane Wade and Chris Bosh likely out, LeBron James will play all five positions.

Wednesday: vs. New Orleans, 7 p.m. (FSO, NBA-TV) — David West stuck a dagger in the Thunder's heart eight days earlier.

Friday: at Phoenix, 8 p.m. (FSO) — Led by Hill and Nash, Suns won Dec. 19 in OKC despite being short-handed with trade.

Saturday: at Utah, 8 p.m. (FSO) — A key Northwest Division game for both teams, who have split their previous meetings.

Tuesday, Feb. 8: vs. Memphis, 7 p.m. (FSO) — Surging Grizzlies are making bid for No. 8 playoff spot, but no O.J. Mayo.

TEMPERATURE GAUGE

Who's hot? New Orleans (31-15). The Hornets had won 10 straight entering Saturday's contest at Sacramento. Chris Paul leads the league in steals and is third in assists and 3-point percentage.

Who's not? Cleveland (8-38). All questions about LeBron James' worth convincingly have been answered. The Cavaliers have lost 19 straight and 29 of their last 30 since starting the season 7-9.
