The shelves of a Tishomingo grocery store were bare Thursday afternoon, but a tractor-trailer delivered perishable food Friday.

TISHOMINGO — The shelves of Sooner Foods looked a lot better Friday than they did Thursday, the store manager said.

Cheryl Shackleford said the grocery store’s shelves were bare Thursday, with supplies of fresh meat, vegetables, milk and eggs either gone or seriously diminished.
