The dual inside Gallagher-Iba Arena started at 197 pounds, and the No. 2-ranked Foster whipped No. 13 Brent Haynes, 16-5. Oliver, the nation's top-ranked wrestler at 133 pounds, majored Nathan McCormick, 12-3. The 16{+t}{+h}-ranked Erisman followed with a 15-0 technical fall at the 7-minute mark over No. 15 Nick Gregoris.

A crowd of 1,873 watched as the Cowboys received upset wins from Jon Morrison at 125 pounds and Josh Kindig at 141. Morrison beat No. 7-ranked Alan Waters, who fell to 35-3 this season. Morrison, ranked No. 9, has defeated Waters twice this season.

“I didn't wrestle that great,” said Morrison, who returned to the lineup after an illness. “It would have been nice to put up a takedown in every period and then ride him for a little bit. But overall, it was good to come back and get a win over a good kid.”

OSU (11-2-1) wrestles 1 p.m. Sunday at Nebraska. Missouri (14-7-0) visits Oklahoma (11-1) at 3 p.m. Saturday at McCasland Field House in Norman.
