The hits keep coming at Heritage Hall. A day after teammate Sterling Shepard was offered by Oklahoma, another Heritage Hall star has received another major offer.

Junior running back Barry J. Sanders was offered by Florida on Friday afternoon, the running back texted The Oklahoman.

The Gators become the 14th school to offer the Chargers star. Sanders has listed Alabama, Florida State and Oklahoma State among his favorites.

Sanders is recovering from foot surgery and missed most of the second half of the 2010 season. In just 96 carries, Sanders rushed for 1,168 yards and 16 touchdowns.

Sanders said he plans on visiting Alabama for the second time in the near future. Sanders made the Rivals 250 list for the 2012 class earlier this week, and has Sanders listed as a four-star prospect.
