Oklahoma City's Festival of the Arts features fun for everyone
Jane Kistler said grumpy people don't understand her art.
People who passed her tent Saturday at the Festival of the Arts couldn't help but smile. Many of the subjects in Kistler's opaque watercolor paintings — including a pig in a bikini, Mr. Potato Head and schoolchildren — smiled back.
