Was fatigue a factor in the Thunder's blowout win in Game 5?

Gasol: “I don't think fatigue was the issue. It was more our effort. We let down, and we were down 10. I think we started off pretty good, playing intense and helping each other. Then we got down a little bit and we gave up too easily.”

Did you notice a difference in the Thunder's confidence level?

“I always think the teams are going to get better as the series goes along; everyone does. You're supposed to. Right now, they are up one game, and we have to win Friday night. They're playing better and sharing the ball better. We have to get better, too.”

How difficult will it be to bounce back from the 99-72 loss?

“We have to bounce back now. We have to bounce back because we have no choice. We have to win the next game. There's no other choice.”

What has the Thunder done to limit Zach Randolph, who after going 12-of-22 in Game 1 has shot just 31.9 percent since?

“They collapse in the paint. That takes away a lot of stuff. They understand we're an inside team. It's hard when the paint is so collapsed. They know Zach is really important to us. They're being very physical. Zach's going to bounce back. Zach's going to be the Zach we know back home.”
