Kevin Durant, Russell Westbrook selected All-NBA

The Oklahoma City Thunder's 22-year-old tandem of Kevin Durant and Russell Westbrook were both All-Stars this season, and they remained inseparable as All-NBA selections.

Durant was voted to the first team for the second straight year, while Westbrook made his debut as a second-team choice.

Miami forward LeBron James was the only unanimous selection by the panel of 119 sportswriters and broadcasters who cover the NBA. Also picked for the first team were Chicago point guard and league Most Valuable Player Derrick Rose, Orlando center Dwight Howard and Los Angeles Lakers guard Kobe Bryant.

Joining Westbrook on the second team are Miami guard Dwyane Wade, Dallas forward Dirk Nowitzki, New York center Amar'e Stoudemire and Lakers forward Pau Gasol,

The third team consists of New Orleans point guard Chris Paul, San Antonio guard Manu Ginobili, Portland forward LaMarcus Aldridge, Memphis forward Zach Randolph and Atlanta center Al Horford.

Thunder center Kendrick Perkins, who was traded from Boston to the Thunder at the Feb. 24 trade deadline, received votes totaling three points. Points are awarded on a 5-3-1 basis, which means Perkins either got one second-team vote, or three third-team votes.
