The final two games of Thunder-Grizzlies playoff series brought in high TV ratings for the Thunder, just short of its team record of 24.0 for Game 5 on TNT.

Game 7 Sunday afternoon received a 23.4 on KOCO-5, Oklahoma City's highest-rated NBA game on ABC. KOCO's one-hour postgame show received a 23.8.

Game 6 Friday night got a 22.5 on ESPN, the city's highest-rated NBA game on ESPN.

The seven-game series also set a Thunder record with a 20.2 average, shattering the 16.0 average for the Denver series.

FSOK to air ‘Thunder Live' postgame shows

Fox Sports Oklahoma will televise “Thunder Live” postgame shows after every game in the Western Conference Finals series against the Dallas Mavericks.

Host Dana Larson will be joined by Thunder TV play-by-play announcer Brian Davis, analyst Grant Long and sideline reporter Kelly Crull to analyze the games from a Thunder perspective. Davis will host home game shows from the Oklahoma City Arena.

Eastern Conference Game 1 sets viewership record

TNT's coverage of Game 1 of the NBA Eastern Conference finals Sunday night was the most-viewed NBA game in the history of cable television with 11.1 million total viewers and a 6.2 rating. The previous best for total viewers was 10.8 million for the 2003 NBA All-Star Game, which was Michael Jordan's last All-Star Game.

To date, TNT's playoff average of 3.1 is up 29 percent over last year.
