Former lieutenant governor to participate in lecture series
The Oklahoma Heritage Association lecture series that pairs newsmakers with historical re-enactors continues Tuesday with former Lt. Gov. Jari Askins .
Askins will partner with Kate Barnard , portrayed by author and storyteller Glenda Carlile , to discuss Oklahoma politics. The event will be moderated by Sheryl Lovelady , director of the Women's Leadership Initiative at the University of Oklahoma .
