Chuck Cooperstein, Dean Blevins to call OU football pay-per-view game

Dallas announcer Chuck Cooperstein and KWTV-9 sports director Dean Blevins will be the game announcers for the Ball State at OU pay-per-view game at 6 p.m. Saturday. Thunder sideline reporter Kelly Crull will serve as sideline reporter, and former OU All-American safety Roy Williams also will make appearances as a sideline analyst.

Cost is $39.95 for the broadcast, which is available on Cox (610 and 611 HD), DirecTV (787), Dish (467) and AT&T U-Verse (channel unavailable).

Other Oklahoma cable systems carrying the game include: Suddenlink (Alva, Chickasha, Enid, Henryetta, Muskogee, Pauls Valley, Perry, Seminole, Stillwater); Allegiance (McAlester, Shawnee); BTC Broadband (Bixby); Cable One (Duncan, Elk City); Cim-Tel (Mannford); Fidelity Cablevision (Lawton); Pioneer Long Distance (Kingfisher).

Fox Sports Oklahoma will show a one-hour condensed replay of the game at noon Tuesday.

SHORT TAKES

— KGHM-AM 1340 is carrying all the Texas Rangers playoff games. The Rangers have expanded their postseason format to one-hour pregame and postgame shows with Eric Nadel, Steve Busby and Brian Dolgin.

— Fox Sports Oklahoma will televise live postgame shows after every Rangers playoff game.

— CBS will have a rare triple-header Saturday, with Air Force at Navy (announcers Ian Eagle and Randy Cross) at 11 a.m., Auburn at South Carolina (Spero Dedes and Steve Beuerlein) at 3 p.m. and Alabama at Florida (Verne Lundquist and Gary Danielson) at 7 p.m.
