Oklahoma woman accused of pushing husband out of high-rise window ordered to stand trial

A woman who is accused of murdering her husband by pushing him out a window in a Tulsa high-rise building was bound over for trial Wednesday following a preliminary hearing.

Amber Michelle Hilberling, now 20, was ordered to stand trial in the death of her husband, Joshua Hilberling, 23, who died June 7 when he fell 17 stories from the University Club Apartments at 1722 S. Carson Ave. to the top of a parking garage.

Tulsa County Special Judge Deborrah Ludi Leitch determined there was sufficient evidence to order Hilberling held for trial on a charge of second-degree murder.
