Oklahoma's Continental Resources cited for allegedly polluting water in North Dakota

BISMARCK , N.D. — North Dakota health officials have accused Enid -based Continental Resources Inc. of polluting state waters and failing to clean up the spills quickly.

The state Department of Health announced Tuesday that it issued violation notices to Continental for two separate incidents in April.
