A tradition-rich program like Oklahoma's often sparks a field-storming. A few of the most memorable post-game celebrations after OU road defeats:

1959 Nebraska: Huskers break OU's 44-game conference winning streak. Nebraska fans tore down the goal posts.

1978 Nebraska: Tom Osborne ends his five-game losing streak against Barry Switzer.

1981 Missouri: Sort of a Baylor crowd; reports were that the goal posts were removed with “civility.”

1984 Kansas: A 2-5 Jayhawk team stunned the second-ranked Sooners.

1998 OSU: The Cowboys' first home Bedlam win in 32 years caused great revelry, including students carrying the goal post to the top of Lewis Field and tossing it over the side.

2006 Oregon: After Gordon Riese's inaction on a replay review, the Ducks sent their fans into delirium.

2007 Colorado: Dan Hawkins' finest hour as the CU coach resulted in a Folsom Field celebration.

2007 Texas Tech: Sam Bradford went down early, then the Red Raider fans swarmed late.

2010 Missouri: The fall of the No. 1-ranked Sooners blew the gasket off Columbia.
