Oklahoma City's Ruth's Sweete Justice bakery closing, owner to pursue teaching
It's a bittersweet announcement: Ruth's Sweete Justice, an Oklahoma City bakery owned by well-known sugar artist Ruth Rickey , is closing its doors on Christmas Eve .
Rickey has operated the bakery at 7606 N May Ave. for nearly 12 years. She's created thousands of wedding cakes, including for the daughters of Toby Keith , former governors Frank Keating and David Walters and Gov. Mary Fallin .
