Here's a look at what Oklahoma State coaches and players were saying after the Cowboys 44-10 victory over Oklahoma on Saturday in Stillwater:

Cowboy quarterback Brandon Weeden on winning a conference title in his senior season: "I took a second in my hotel room today before the game started. I was by myself, and I just went through the game and tried to play the game out in my mind. I pictured celebrating in the locker room. What I felt in the locker room wasn't what I was thinking of. We were a part of something special last year, and me and (Justin) Blackmon ... that's why we came back, to compete for a championship and be able to celebrate with all my teammates, my best friends."

ESPN BCS analyst Brad Edwards on OSU's chances to reach the national title game: "Outside of LSU losing, everything went as perfectly as it possibly could have for Oklahoma State (Saturday). What it really comes down to is how many voters woke up this morning willing to be swayed by whatever happened. I think we're going to have drama (Sunday)."

OSU mega-booster Boone Pickens on the progress of the OSU program: "A couple of years ago, Mike Gundy and I were talking and I said, 'Being competitive, I'm ready to put that aside and let's start winning.' That's exactly what happened. We've moved on, and we're on another level."

OSU linebacker Caleb Lavey on OSU's case to play for the national title: “I feel like wqew made a case for ourselves, but it's not up to us. It you would have told us this at the beginning of the year, we would have been excited to take any BCS game. We're going to come ready to play at the bowl game we get.”
