TNT's telecast of the L.A. Lakers-Oklahoma City Thunder game Thursday night shattered the Thunder's regular-season ratings record with a 14.5 rating in Oklahoma City. The previous best had been an 11.1 for ABC's telecast of a Miami Heat-Thunder game on Jan. 30, 2011.

The game also fared well nationally with a 2.8 rating, following the N.Y. Knicks-Heat game, which got a 4.0. Both telecasts were well above TNT's season average of 1.8.

The Thunder's previous three telecasts on TNT this season also had done well locally — vs. Dallas, Dec. 29, 10.0; at Boston, Jan. 16., 10.5; at Sacramento, Feb. 9, 7.9.

The Thunder's playoff record is a 27.0 rating for Game 4 of the 2011 Western Conference finals on ESPN.
