Gary Doby of Bloomsburg, Pa., was arraigned Monday morning in Pottawatomie County. It was his first appearance in an Oklahoma court after he was extradited from Pennsylvania. Doby did not enter a plea Monday to the 23 child pornography charges he faces. A court hearing was set for April 17. Doby ignored reporters' questions as he entered the courtroom. He told a judge he was in the process of applying for a court-appointed attorney. Doby and former McLoud elementary school teacher Kimberly Crain each face 23 counts that include manufacturing juvenile pornography, lewd molestation and aggravated possession of juvenile pornography. Crain has pleaded not guilty. Copyright 2012 The Associated Press.NewsOK has disabled the comments for this article.
