BRAGGS — A man reported missing in a state park has been found by searchers and is recovering from a medical condition, authorities said Tuesday.

Jacob Stephens, 37, of Bixby, was reported missing at Greenleaf State Park located near Braggs in Muskogee County. He has insulin-dependent diabetes, said Lt. George Brown, Oklahoma Highway Patrol spokesman.

Stephens was found by searchers about 1 p.m. Monday, a patrol dispatcher said.

He was disoriented in a ravine near the Greenleaf boat marina, the dispatcher said. He was treated by paramedics and released to family members.

Stephens had gone hiking about 7:30 a.m. Saturday.
