The Oklahoma City Airport Trust on Thursday approved a customer fee of $4.50 that will help fund a new rental car facility at Will Rogers World Airport. If the City Council approves the fee, it will be applied to each rental car transaction beginning July 1.

The facility is estimated to cost $39 million.
