Regarding Diana West's “Army may as well put soldiers in straitjackets” (Commentary, May 2) on our soldiers' loss of rights: It's a crime that these young men are put in these positions, having to defend their lives against terrorists, and then again against their own government. 1st Lt. Michael Behenna and these other soldiers are heroes and should be set free, as West stated. I'd be proud that they had their lives back. Perhaps these overzealous prosecutors should be sent to the front lines to see how they would react!
