Peace Corps hiring eased

A new website helps connect returned Peace Corps volunteers and employers looking to hire them. The Next Step Job Finder at www.peacecorpsconnect.org/resources/jobs is tailored specifically to volunteers who’ve returned home and are looking for a job, said Kevin Quigley, president of the National Peace Corps Association. Job seekers can upload their resumes to be viewed by potential employers, who can sign up for a resume subscription to browse posted resumes. Volunteers have learned to be self-sufficient and innovate with few resources, he said.
