Sam Presti isn't the only Thunder employee who spent time in San Antonio. Nazr Mohammed, Maurice Cheeks and Mark Bryant are a few of the others with connections to the Spurs.

Thunder general manager Sam Presti was a member of the Spurs front office from 2000-07, ascending from film intern to assistant general manager.

Thunder center Nazr Mohammed played 103 games during two seasons (2005-06) with the Spurs and won the 2005 NBA championship.

Thunder assistant coach Maurice Cheeks played 50 games in the 1989-90 season with the Spurs.

Thunder assistant coach Mark Bryant played 30 games in the 2001-02 season with the Spurs.

Thunder assistant coach Brian Keefe spent two seasons (2005-07) with the Spurs as an assistant video coordinator.

Thunder assistant general manager/player personnel Rob Hennigan spent five seasons (2004-09) with the Spurs, ascending from intern to director of basketball operations.

Thunder director of minor league operations and basketball technology Paul Rivers began his NBA career with the Spurs in 2004-05 as a video coordinator.

Thunder manager of advance scouting Vin Bhavnani spent two seasons (2006-08) with the Spurs as the assistant video coordinator.

Thunder director of basketball communications Matt Tumbleson spent two seasons (2004-06) in media relations and basketball operations with the Spurs.
