STILLWATER — Oklahoma State picked up its second football commitment in three days when Zachary Crabtree, an offensive tackle from Mansfield, Texas, announced via his Twitter account on Tuesday that he had pledged to the Cowboys.
“Proud to be joining the #CowboyNation #OrangePower #Committed,” Crabtree tweeted.
Crabtree, who sports a 6-foot-7, 270-pound frame, is rated a three-star prospect by Rivals. He had more than 10 scholarship offers, including Baylor, Colorado, Illinois, Mississippi, Texas Tech and Washington State.
Crabtree is the Cowboys' second offensive lineman commitment, joining guard Jack Kurzu of St. Louis. Other commitments for the OSU 2013 class include wide receivers Fred Ross and Marcell Ateman and safety Deric Robertson.
