He will focus on business and commercial transactions, particularly in the areas of oil and gas: midstream and downstream natural gas pipeline and transportation. He also has experience in the areas of Mergers and Acquisitions, real estate and Federal Energy Regulatory Commission.

MILLER Architects Inc. promotes Jason Givens to president and Peter Petromilli to vice president. Givens, a licensed architect, is an expert in health care design and construction, with 20 years of experience. He is responsible for the development of a new hospital in Mustang. Petromilli is a LEED certified licensed architect. He is currently responsible for the development of a new hospital in Los Lunas, N.M.

Paycom has hired Shane Hadlock as director of information technology and will work out of its corporate headquarters in Oklahoma City. Hadlock is responsible for the management of Paycom's information technology staff and the growing infrastructure needed for Paycom's headquarters and its 19 offices nationwide.

The Mortgage Partnership Finance Program adds Doyle Province. The program aims to make it easier for members of the Federal Home Loan Bank System to access the secondary mortgage market and make fixed-rate mortgages available in their communities. Province works with WEOKIE Credit Union in Oklahoma City.
